Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Preferred Six Sigma Yellow Belt, AME Bronze, or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• Ability to lead change and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed production targets and improve productivity.
• Coach production floor employees on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to minimize scrap and downtime.
• Develop training and cross-training programs to increase workforce proficiency.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and promote staff; manage promotions and transfers.
• Plan production schedules and ensure on-time delivery at target costs.
