Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a COS Project Specialist II to drive continuous improvement across departments and plant functions. You will lead and support CI initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable savings and improved KPIs.

Partnering with the COS Manager and site leadership, you will identify opportunities, manage moderately complex projects, and cultivate a culture of operational excellence through coaching and Kaizen events.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field and 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma in real-world settings.
• Ability to lead moderately complex CI projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-scale CI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across value streams.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to analyze and solve non-routine problems.
• Track and report project performance, including savings and KPI improvements.
