Job summary

Putzmeister in Sturtevant, WI is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive organizational efficiency and reduce waste across all departments. As a CI Manager, you will lead lean initiatives, develop company-wide CI plans, and track metrics to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• Manufacturing: 2+ years
• Leadership: 4+ years
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects from inception to completion using lean methodologies.
• Develop and execute organization-wide CI plans aligned with KPI goals.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement improvement initiatives.
• Establish and track metrics to measure ROI and sustainability of changes.
• Drive a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ensure company policies are adhered to and enforced.
• Other duties as assigned
