Putzmeister in Sturtevant, WI is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead lean initiatives across the organization. You will drive project portfolios, develop company-wide CI plans, and coach teams to deliver sustainable improvements and ROI.

The role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with long-term goals. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain or related field.
• Manufacturing: 2+ years
• Leadership: 4+ years
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manage high-impact projects from inception to completion using lean methodologies.
• Develop and execute organization-wide CI plans aligned with long-term goals.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops on continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement improvement initiatives.
• Establish and track metrics to measure improvement ROI.
• Drive a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ensure company policies are adhered to and enforced.
• Other duties as assigned.
