Job summary

MCC Label in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive Lean transformation and continuous improvement across the plant. You will lead CI initiatives, engage leadership and floor associates, and mentor teams to achieve tangible productivity gains and safety goals.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires strong change leadership, extensive Lean experience, and a track record of successful, non-direct-report team direction in a complex manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• BS - Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent experience is required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in plant leadership, with at least 2 years in a position responsible for driving Lean manufacturing initiatives in complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, CI, and safety programs to improve plant productivity and reduce loss.
• Drive KPIs using Lean principles and develop action plans.
• Coordinate Kaizen events and follow up on action items.
