Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education is required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• 5+ years in a global manufacturing environment in lean/production roles.
• International experience is a plus.
• 4+ years in production planning within manufacturing.
• Strong Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, SMED, TPM and problem solving skills.
• Experience with value stream mapping and business process mapping.
• Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and processes.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good planning capabilities and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies aligning with Global Operational Excellence.
• Lead Kaizen events and lean initiatives across sites.
• Coach cross-functional teams on PPS and lean problem solving.
• Drive plant productivity improvements and stock rotation management.
• Ensure compliance with standard CI processes and visual management.
• Lead daily lean meetings and monitor KPI trends for sustainability.
