Job summary

Modine is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process optimization and operational excellence across our data-center chillers plant. This senior role drives transformation with independent influence over manufacturing and key business processes.

You will deploy Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methods, develop a plant-wide CI roadmap, lead cross-functional projects, and mentor teams to sustain improvements in engineering, operations and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing or operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial engineering, and production systems—preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or related items.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems, data analytics tools, and process automation technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation skills within a track record of driving cultural transformation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce variability.
• Develop and deploy a plant-wide CI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects.
• Train and mentor employees on CI methodologies, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and problem-solving sessions to drive results.
