Job summary

Nefab Packaging Southeast is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead lean transformation across manufacturing sites in the Southeast and Atlanta metro area. You will develop lean culture through leadership development, training, and change management, while hands-on coaching on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include facilitating Kaizen events, VSMs, and Gemba walks; coaching cross‑functional teams; ensuring standardization and sharing best practices; and tracking measurable results

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience applying lean principles in manufacturing environments.
• Experience facilitating lean training and Kaizen workshops.
• Strong coaching and facilitation abilities with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of lean tools and methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM).

Responsibilities

• Deliver lean leadership training to build local management capability.
• Provide structured lean methodology training (5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED) for all site levels.
• Guide teams through change management to enable transformation.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and Gemba walks to identify waste.
