Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager for the Plover facility. You will lead lean initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires strong data analysis, change management, and collaboration with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to elevate OEE and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Operations Management or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects in manufacturing or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives at the Plover facility.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, waste reduction, and cost savings.
• Coordinate Kaizen events and cross-functional problem solving.
