Job summary

American Woodmark Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean transformation across the organization. You will coach leaders, deploy tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 6S, and standard work, and drive cost reductions through problem-solving and KPI deployment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CI, 2+ years in a leadership role, Lean certification, and strong analytics with ERP and MS Office experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Continuous Improvement experience (CI)
• 2+ years in a leadership role with demonstrated implementation success
• Lean certification or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deploy lean tools and daily management practices across the organization
• Coach and mentor all levels to foster continuous improvement
• Identify processes to reduce waste and increase value
• Lead Kaizen events and document outcomes
• Develop and track KPIs with business units
• Provide ongoing education on continuous improvement methodologies
