Job summary

MasterBrand is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our lean transformation across the organization. You will provide leadership, coaching and project management to deploy tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 6S, Daily Management and Standard Work, and will function as a change agent to sustain improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CI experience, 2+ years in a leadership role with successful implementations, Lean Certification, and familiarity with Toyota

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Lean certification required.
• 5+ years continuous improvement experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with implementation success.
• Toyota Production System experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy lean tools across the organization including Daily Management and Standard Work.
• Coach leaders and facilitate Kaizen events.
• Develop Value Stream Maps and target waste elimination.
• Identify KPI's with business units and track results.
• Provide ongoing education on Continuous Improvement.
