Job summary

Trelleborg Group in Minnesota seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Leader to drive Lean-based continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement. You translate enterprise strategies into actionable site priorities and coach leaders and teams to deliver sustainable results.

You will partner with the global Operational Excellence team, build internal Lean capability, and ensure measurable, lasting improvements across the facility while aligning with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years CI ownership in manufacturing
• Experience leading Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, structured problem solving
• Proficient in ISO9001/13485 standards
• Supervisory certification or leadership experience
• Excellent communication and change-management skills
• Proven ability to train and develop leaders and teams

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize improvement initiatives delivering safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement gains
• Coach Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving to eliminate waste
• Collaborate across sites to support critical improvement programs
• Serve as change leader reinforcing Lean thinking at all levels
• Define and track leading/lagging metrics tied to KPIs
• Develop internal Lean capability and support PDCA, A3, and data-based decisions
