Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach project teams on continuous improvement programs.
• Lead daily and weekly stand-up meetings.

Skills

Ability to lead change management and Lean efforts

Communication skills, verbal and written

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to facilitate meetings and build consensus

Knowledge of Lean process and philosophy

Education
