Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in the Semiconductor industry required.
• 3+ years experience in a Project or Program Manager position with Lean/Six Sigma background.
• Green/Black Belt Lean Certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage fab wide equipment engineering improvement projects.
• Lead Lean activities including Value Stream Mapping and process mapping.
• Analyze equipment gap-to-goal and drive initiatives.
