Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the site CI strategy, deploying Lean tools and TPM practices to improve safety, quality, reliability, and productivity. You will lead cross-functional projects, drive data-driven decision making using the RHEO platform, and mentor a CI team to sustain gains.

The role emphasizes developing people, eliminating losses, and partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Engineering to achieve plant goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM or Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Continuous Improvement strategy and annual roadmap.
• Drive Kaizen events and loss elimination initiatives.
• Develop and sustain Lean tools and methods (5S, VSM, standard work, A3).
• Champion RHEO adoption and data-driven decision making.
• Improve OEE and equipment reliability through structured problem solving.
