Morgan Truck Body is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for first shift in Georgia. This role drives Lean initiatives, partners with operations, and leads cross-functional projects across Morgan Truck Body facilities. Travel about 25% to share best practices, coach teams, and sustain improvements.

As a CI Lead, you will mentor technicians, facilitate Kaizen events, develop standardized work, and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable results and cost reductions across sites.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Waste Elimination, Kanban, SMED, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA.
