Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Lean/Continuous Improvement professional to lead enterprise-wide lean initiatives at the business unit or project level. You will coach teams in Last Planner System, set up Visual Management, and drive standard work and training across projects.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, strong communication, and coaching skills. Travel is extensive; BIM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to read contracts, drawings, specifications, and scopes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Last Planner System project experience or Advancing Lean training.
• Preferred experience with BIM and BIM staff.
• Willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean initiatives that develop a culture aligned with region and company goals.
• Work daily with teams using Last Planner System mechanics.
• Support project launches with Lean Roadmap planning.
• Provide a consistent presence on projects for Visual Management and 5S setup.
• Develop and deliver lean training and innovation workshops.
• Conduct regular project reviews to set measurable improvement goals.
• Travel as required on construction programs.
