Job summary

Turner is seeking an Experienced Lean practitioner to support the adoption of Lean and the Last Planner System across our construction projects. You will work closely with the Regional Lean Manager and project teams to drive Lean readiness and continuous improvement, applying the Lean Roadmap and facilitating workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years’ related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supports project teams in adopting Lean practices and the Last Planner System (LPS).
• Collaborates with Regional Lean Manager and Lean Manager to implement Lean and LPS on projects.
• Provides hands-on coaching and workshops to develop Lean capabilities on assigned projects.
• Sets up Visual Management and 5S on projects and conducts regular reviews with stakeholders.
