Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Lean/Last Planner Specialist to support Lean adoption on projects by guiding teams and coordinating process improvements on site.

You will work with the Regional Lean Manager to develop implementation strategies, run project reviews, and help set up Visual Management and 5S on site. A Bachelor's degree and two years' related experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years' related experience or equivalent.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Demonstrated commitment to leadership, learning, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Supports project teams in using Lean Roadmap to achieve project goals.
• Works daily with teams using the Last Planner System mechanics.
• Supports development and implementation of project improvements and innovations through workshops and coaching.
• Sets up Visual Management, 5S, etc. on assigned projects.
