Omega Engineering Inc is seeking a Lean Engineer to eliminate waste in manufacturing and transactional processes. You will drive lean initiatives, partner with Production and other areas, and ensure alignment with the annual transformation plan.

Apply lean tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and innovation. Responsibilities include supporting site lean initiatives, developing and implementing lean principles, prioritizing opportunities, and facilitating kaizen events and training.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
  • 3–5 years of related experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of lean fundamentals and production balancing.
  • Up to 25% travel required.

Responsabilidades

  • Supports site lean initiatives and ensures activities align with strategic objectives.
  • Develops and implements lean principles to enhance facility effectiveness.
  • Prioritizes improvement opportunities based on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation and Growth.
  • Facilitates production balancing projects and visual scheduling tool deployment.
  • Develops others on Lean principles and tools for solving process improvements.
