Qualifications

• Experience in Lean / Six Sigma, CI engineering, or manufacturing process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Kaizen events and teach Lean tools.
• Strong analytical skills: root‑cause analysis, A3, DMAIC, workflow mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lean leadership: coach teams in 5S, standard work, VSM, waste elimination, and problem‑solving.
• Kaizen facilitation: plan, lead, teach Kaizen workshops; guide cross‑functional teams through rapid improvements.
• Supporting Kaizen: event preparation, facilitation support, process analysis, Lean tool application, SOP updates, sustainment.
• Project execution: lead CI projects using DMAIC, A3, and data‑driven decision‑making; track timelines, actions, and results.
• Process optimization: analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, redesign processes, and implement sustainable improvements.
