Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and act as change agent to implement improvements.
• Develop cross-functional kaizen teams and manage kaizen events.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to sustain improvements.
• Support in planning equipment, tooling, and processes to meet productivity goals.
• Ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement across sites.
