Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or higher in engineering or manufacturing.
• 2+ years in food manufacturing with automated processes (PLC/HMI); lean exp preferred.
• Experience in a TPM environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team leader and peers.
• Follow escalation protocols.
• Complete HACCP and military sheets correctly.
• Encourage a safe working environment.
• Keep manufacturing area clean and organized per 5S standards.
• Perform cleanouts and changeovers per work instructions and checklists.
