Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred in engineering or manufacturing.
• Two+ years in food manufacturing with automated processes preferred.
• Experience in TPM environment is a plus.
• Strong math, communication, computer and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in the assigned area and meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate changeovers, cleanouts, and 5S housekeeping.
• Fill HACCP and related sheets correctly.
• Support TPM teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team lead and peers.
