Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Performance Engineer in Somerset, NJ to lead Lean/TPM Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site. You will drive governance, build capability, and partner with pillars to deliver business results through a High-Performance approach.

The role requires implementing CI tools, coaching shop-floor teams, and ensuring robust work processes with strong communication to all levels of the organization. On-site work is required at the Somerset site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in Engineering disciplines such as Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing and integrated performance improvement processes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and plant organization.
• Solid knowledge of pillar performance management and root cause analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide training in Lean tools to drive teams through continuous improvement.
• Identify process improvement opportunities based on data and facilitate improvements.
• Create new standards and control plans; train members in new working processes and validate benefits.
• Support food safety and quality initiatives; monitor GMP adherence and drive improvements.
• Lead daily management routines and performance meetings to sustain gains.
