Job summary

Nidec Corporation in United States (Tennessee) seeks an entry-level Operations Associate to assist in documenting processes and improving manufacturing efficiency. You will support 6S+ initiatives, collect data for Kaizen events, and help deploy daily management system practices.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in engineering or related field with 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Collect data and assist to the preparation of Kaizen events (time studies, waste analysis, balance charts, define playbooks)
  • Teach, implement, and support daily management system deployment and maturity.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing operations.
