Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Intern for Summer 2027 in Pella, IA. You will gain hands-on experience supporting materials management, procurement, and operations, working alongside seasoned professionals to analyze processes and contribute to projects that improve efficiency.

This internship provides meaningful, real-world experience while helping you develop an understanding of how materials, suppliers, and internal partners work together to support manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related major.
• Strong academic standing.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence others.
• Experience problem solving and the ability to organize.
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly. Experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts from planning through execution is preferred.
• Ability to be successful in a fast-paced team-based work environment.
