Job summary

PMI U.S. in Stamford, CT is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Supply Chain & Procurement for Summer 2027. This program offers meaningful project work, professional development, and exposure to leaders across the business.

Interns gain hands-on experience while contributing to initiatives that drive results and support future career growth. You'll support sourcing, procurement, and supply chain projects, conduct supplier research, and assist with requisitions while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program in supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SAP, SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, procurement, and supply chain projects that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Conduct supplier research, spend analysis, and reporting to support purchasing decisions.
• Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Analyze inventory, demand, supplier, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation for stakeholders.
• Participate in projects focused on supply chain optimization, cost savings, risk management, and process improvement.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
