Job summary

Great Dane is seeking a Lean Supply Chain Engineer to drive operational excellence across its manufacturing network. You will apply Lean principles, supply chain engineering, and continuous improvement to optimize material flow, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.

You will lead RIWs and VSM events, design warehouse layouts, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, data-driven solutions that reduce cost and improve safety, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years in supply chain or manufacturing engineering roles.
Experience implementing PFEP, pull systems, and inventory optimization.
Led RIWs, VSM, PDCA and cross-functional improvement projects.
Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

Evaluate end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, and material flow processes across manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain enterprise standards for material flow, inventory management, and PFEP.
Design and implement pull systems and inventory optimization initiatives.
Lead RIWs, VSM events, and Lean transformation activities to eliminate waste.
Develop and implement warehouse, material handling, automation, and facility layouts.
