Job summary

Mirion Technologies seeks a Performance Excellence Group Senior Analyst to advance operational excellence across the enterprise. You will support change-management efforts, contribute to the Integration Management Office, and drive transformation projects with KPI-driven accountability.

The role interfaces with Operations, Sales, Service, Procurement, Engineering, Product Management, Finance and HR, providing an informal leadership development pathway and global exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a quantitative or business field.
• 2-4 years experience in business analysis, financial planning & analysis, manufacturing operations, consulting or corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support change management using business excellence tools to improve growth, customer experience, cash flow, and productivity.
• Participate in Integration Management Office for investments in recently acquired companies.
• Participate in PMO for transformation projects like restructurings, procurement initiatives, kaizen events, product line reviews and BPM assessments.
• Prepare business research and financial analyses; develop underlying materials and lead workshops.
• Collaborate with leaders to create, promote, and standardize operating mechanisms with KPI visibility and action planning.
• Support development of leaders and Lean practitioners as Mirion Business System expands.
• Contribute to cost productivity programs; track status and identify unplanned cost leakage during monthly reviews.
• Assist in evaluating acquisition targets and deploying Mirion Business System at new acquisitions.
