Job summary

Planet Pharma in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a seasoned Business Process Manager to lead lean transformations across PHCS business processes. You will partner with the leadership team to institutionalize continuous improvement and cost reductions through structured change management.

The role focuses on training stakeholders, deploying lean principles, and driving data-driven decisions to improve efficiency, service delivery, and governance, with a strong emphasis on scalability and operational

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or related field is required.
7+ years of experience in continuous improvement, Six Sigma, Lean leadership, and project management.
Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop & drive the BPM strategy and change management framework for process improvement.
Establish BPM vision and provide strategic direction to drive continuous improvement.
Lead large business transformations and sustain improvement culture.
Train and upskill internal teams on lean principles and new workflows.
Identify end-to-end process improvements and design value-adding processes.
Provide training and guidance on process improvement across the organization.
Document lean initiatives and present reports on efficiency gains and cost savings.
