Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Columbus, OH, seeks a Specialist II, Process Focus Team to drive process improvement projects and lead cross-functional teams. The role requires green belt Six Sigma and knowledge of lean manufacturing to deliver measurable benefits on site.

You will identify opportunities, define actions, and track KPIs while coaching teams and coordinating with site strategy to align with corporate objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position with extensive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline related to process analysis/improvement.
• 1-3 years of work experience in process analysis/improvement or 6-8 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Green belt Six Sigma certification or to be attained during first year on the job.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
• Identify opportunities and implement strategic solutions aligned with Site Metrics, Business Objectives and Site Strategy.
• Lead and facilitate cross functional process improvement initiatives/teams.
• Facilitate the implementation/sustainability of cross functional improvements.
• Define/track performance for key KPI’s and quantify improvement targets/benefits.
• Communicate identified opportunities, current project(s), implemented improvements and benefits.
