In this role, you will be responsible for the Process Focus Team will be actively involved in leading, coaching and mentoring activities (such as project teams, kaizen events, value stream mapping etc.) based on priorities. Each project must be aligned with the Columbus Generics Site Strategy and support corporate LSP strategies. These activities will be cross functional in nature. This person will be actively involved in identifying, leading and implementing process improvement projects. This person should meet the criteria for green belts certification in Six Sigma and demonstrate knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement
