Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader in California to drive productivity and cost reductions across Supply Chain.

You will lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, train plant staff, and coordinate major programs across purchasing, manufacturing, and packaging. The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing operations, 2+ years of CI leadership, and Black Belt (preferred) or Green Belt certification with strong English and Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years leading continuous improvement projects (CI) or transformation initiatives.
• Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt certification required.
• Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop productivity decks and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Implement process improvements to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Coordinate major supply chain initiatives across purchasing, distribution, manufacturing, R&D, packaging and engineering.
• Train MOS & Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to plant personnel.
• Support QRMP audits and help develop procedures and corrective actions.
• Support QRMP systems and operational standards per plant accountability.
• Develop and maintain KPI visuals and tracking systems.
• Oversee Priority One system training and project currency.
• Develop and manage the CI department budget.
• Mentor and coach CI staff and collaborate with business leaders on improvements.
