Qualifications

• 4 years of process improvement related experience, 2 years with lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate process improvement teams (e.g., model cells or enterprise projects).
• Provide advanced analytics to understand root cause and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor entry level specialists and coordinators; deliver Lean and Six Sigma education across the organization.
