Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related healthcare field.
• Four years of process improvement experience.
• Two years direct experience with lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate process improvement teams (e.g., model cells or enterprise projects).
• Serve as a mentoring resource for entry level specialists and coordinators.
• Provide advanced analytics to understand root cause and validate improvements.
• Apply operations research, design/layout, ergonomics and human factors to drive efficiency.
• Deliver training in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
