Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with moderate stress.
• Translate customer requirements to Decostar’s operational environment.
• Conduct optimization analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and high energy to invigorate a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and encourages all WCM activities and continuous improvement workshops.
• Manages Six Sigma and Lean projects to support improvement initiatives and strategic goals.
• Provides strategic direction and leadership to apply Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma, layouts and material flow.
• Assists managers by reviewing continuous improvement plans to improve results.
• Facilitates management updates and communication on all WCM activities.
• Supports manufacturing engineering resources and Kaizen events.
• Leads customer lean assessments and MAFACT evaluations.
• Ensures safety, quality, environmental and BOS policy compliance.
• Supports cost reduction and innovation programs.
