iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician for a Southern Indiana plant. This hands-on Lean/Six Sigma role focuses on data-driven analysis, process improvement, and frontline engagement to boost quality, safety, and productivity.

You will lead operational data analyses, support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, conduct time studies and workflow analyses, and develop standard work instructions while tracking KPIs and collaborating with production, maintenance, quality,

Qualificações

• Proven experience applying Lean and Six Sigma in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to map value streams and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI).

Responsabilidades

• Operational data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and CI initiatives across the plant.
• Conduct process observations, time studies, and workflow analyses.
• Facilitate root cause analysis using 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
• Assist with Kaizen events and CI projects.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions.
• Track and report KPIs to leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership.
• Train employees on new processes and CI tools.
