Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years working in Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading lean improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive loss analyses and opportunity prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing improvement of lean manufacturing tools.
• Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify top opportunities, lead cost savings initiatives, and ensure site action plans are aligned with opportunities.
• Provide guidance, support and coaching on foundational lean tools – PerformEx as a daily way of working.
• Execute regular loss analysis data drilldowns to identify key opportunities for improvements.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
