The candidate will coach teams, perform quarterly analyses, and lead initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years working in Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading lean improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive loss analyses and opportunity prioritization.

JOB Duties

• Managing the ongoing improvement of lean manufacturing tools
• Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify top opportunities, lead cost savings initiatives, and ensure site action plans are well aligned with the most impactful opportunities.
• Provide guidance, support and coaching on rigorous usage of foundational lean tools – PerformEx as a way of working every day
• Execute regular loss analysis data drilldowns to identify key opportunities for improvements
• Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools
