Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Black Belt Certification required.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and uphold Century Aluminum’s Safety Mission Statement.
• Act as funnel and integrator of Lean, Six Sigma, IPT, and related initiatives.
• Evaluate processes to identify inefficiencies using mapping and data analysis.
• Develop and implement Lean/Six Sigma strategies to improve performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects with timely completion and measurable results.
• Develop and deliver training on continuous improvement concepts and tools.
• Collect data to measure performance and report results to leadership.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
