Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other CI methodologies.
• Fundamentals of fixture and tool design.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis, process mapping, and value stream analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement to foster a continuous improvement culture and cross-functional problem solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance process capability.
• Plan and execute CI projects with clear KPIs and timelines.
• Collect and analyze data to drive decisions and monitor KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap).
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, safety, and quality teams.
• Mentor teams on Lean tools and CI principles while ensuring quality and safety compliance.
