Job summary

Lyons Magnus LLC in Walton, Kentucky is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our CI program across the site. This role focuses on driving substantial annual savings, implementing TPM and Lean/Six Sigma methods, and partnering with site leadership to align initiatives with corporate objectives. Day shift, Monday–Friday, onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership in Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive 5x+ of compensation package in delivered annual savings.
• Cultivate and drive a culture of continuous process improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate with site leadership to set priorities aligned with corporate objectives.
• Assist with site and company savings targets for CI efforts.
• Lead development, implementation and sustainment of CI systems.
• Deliver training and mentor others in CI methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, TPM.
