The Kraft Heinz Company at the Holland Factory is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to drive process enhancements across manufacturing operations. You will analyze data, map processes, and lead cross-functional teams to implement KHMS-based improvements.

You will monitor KPIs, coach teams, and deploy digital solutions to boost efficiency while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years in a continuous improvement role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with KHMS, Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement using data analysis and process mapping.
• Develop and implement improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and facilitate improvement teams using KHMS, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or TPM.
• Monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness of initiatives.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders including employees and management.
• Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Execute digital initiatives such as automation, digital workflows, and data analytics.
• Maintain a safe and quality-centered work environment.
