Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a results-oriented Lean Six Sigma professional to support leadership in achieving cost, quality, and service objectives while advancing a world-class continuous improvement culture.

You will lead cross-functional improvement projects, apply DMAIC and Kaizen methodologies, and collaborate with Plant and Quality teams to reduce waste and variability across manufacturing processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical discipline.
• Solid background in quality/manufacturing, continuous improvement, and/or Lean Six Sigma.
• At least three years’ experience in Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Professional project management certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead cost, quality, and service improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Plant/Quality/Product teams to reduce defects and waste.
• Select projects with leadership to maximize impact and drive improvements.
• Facilitate Lean Six Sigma DMAIC/Kaizen initiatives and track results.
• Develop process maps and implement improvements aligned with goals.
• Assist with ISO quality system maintenance and testing standards.
