Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Lean Six Sigma professional to support the leadership team in achieving cost, revenue, service, and quality objectives while driving a world-class continuous improvement culture. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply DMAIC and Lean tools, and collaborate with operations and quality to optimize processes.

The role requires extensive Lean Six Sigma experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of Lean Six Sigma project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides project leadership on cost savings, quality, service, and new product development projects.
• Collaborates with Plant Management, Quality Management, and Product Management to reduce customer complaints and waste.
• Leads improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen).
• Develops process flows, value stream maps, and implements sustainment of improvements.
