Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 5 years in manufacturing continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Proven Lean Six Sigma experience using DMAIC and PDCA.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver data-driven improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• On-site work in Erwin, TN; US citizenship and DOE clearance readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process-improvement projects using DMAIC and Lean methods.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned with site KPIs.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and ensure follow‑through on actions.
• Map value streams to distinguish value-added steps from waste.
• Apply data-driven root-cause analysis to validate solutions.
