Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within a work cell to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Assign tasks, monitor shift sheets, and ensure 5S and lean methods are applied.
• Perform quality inspections at workstations and document results.
• Maintain production boards and track downtime and efficiency.
• Train and develop team members and support attendance and punctuality.
