Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Lean Rapid Continuous Improvement Specialist to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations in Albuquerque. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The role requires hands-on involvement in production processes and aims to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing or operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading Kaizen events and implementing Lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Conduct value stream mapping to design future state workflows.
