You will manage multi-million-dollar project lifecycles in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with engineering, buyers, sales, and leadership while driving precise tracking and clear communication to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of capital equipment or rotating machinery project management.
• High detail orientation with asset tracking via spreadsheets and communication workflows.
• Hands-on execution prioritized over purely academic PMP methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of 5 to 20 concurrent projects.
• Track order workflows, engineering changes, and milestones with spreadsheets and emails.
• Coordinate across engineering leads, global buyers, sales units, and leadership.
• Intercept scope changes and material delays to keep production on schedule.
